Most of our Rental  Cost  include  Delivery, Set Up and pick up  within 10 miles form our address, After  That  we'll contact you with the Delivery  cost based on Distance  .

La mayoria de nuestras Rentas Incluyen Entrega, instalacion y Recojerlo dentro de 10 millas desde donde nos localizamos ,despues de las 10 millas  los contactaremos con el costo  Basado en la distancia .

A 30% is Required  for Booking Fee, This % its non- refundable  in case of cancelation .The balance can be made  at the time of delivery.

Se requiere el 30% para apartar una Renta , este % no se regresara en caso de cancelacion , El balance se puede hacer a la hora de la Entrega .

We have a $100.00  Minimum for delivery within 10 miles .  Rental Less than $100 or above 10 miles  we quote you  based on the distance  or We  Arrange a pick up 

Yes, The Renter or a person  over 18 years Old  with ID  need to be there  to receive and Inspect  the rental items. As Renter  Assume Possession  and responsibility  for all Rentals .

Si .La persona que renta o alguien mas, mayor de 18   con ID  necesita estar presente para recivir  e Inspeccionar el producto rentado. Ya que la persona que renta  asumira  posesion y  responsabilidad  De lo Rentado. 

We Usually Cover  20 Miles Radius  from our location, if you live further, contact us  as we may be able to accommodate you.

Usualmente cubrimos un radio de 20 millas de nuestra locacion , si vive un poco mas lejos  contactenos  posiblemente encontremos como  ayudarle. 

Customers are charged the replacement cost of any items that are damaged, broken, or lost

 As  weather is unpredictable. We recommend you always have an indoor or covered back-up plan for your outdoor event. We will not set up items outside if it looks like the weather will be an issue.  If this is the case, the item would be eligible for a refund excluding the deposit or as credit to have this item on a future date should you need to reschedule your event.

Como el tiempo es Inpredesible recomendamos que tengan un plan B en caso de que esto pase, ya que no instalaremos  si el tiempo sera un problema. y si este es el caso la renta puede ser elegible para un rembolso exepto el deposito. o como credito para una futura fecha.

usually we deliver the same  day or a day  before depending on the location of the event , to pick it up  will be the next day ,if the pick up its the same day after hours some fees may apply.

Usualmente  Entregamos un dia antes o el mismo dia del evento dependiendo la localidad del evento.para recojerlo seria el proximo dia, y si se recoje el mismo dia  pueden aplicar algunos cargos por recojerlo Noche.

a day, like we deliver today we pick it up tomorrow ,if a extra day is needed  you have to book the extra day and there will be a 25% discount .

Un Dia  por ejemplo si se entrega hoy se recoje manana, en caso que nesecite un extra dia tendria que apartarlo  y tendria un 25% de descuento .
